The legal process is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition, except with the winners.

The passing on of prizes in return for payment is prohibited.

Only one entry per person and only with correct personal data is possible. The competition organizer is entitled to exclude participants with a pseudonym, a falsified identity, and participants with multiple registrations from the competition.

The contest organizer further reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest if abuse and/or violations of these conditions of participation are suspected/detected or other important reasons exist. He is entitled to adjust the competition mode at any time as well as to suspend, cancel or prematurely end the competition if there are important reasons.

You acknowledge that prizes with a value of more than CHF 1,000 may be subject to withholding tax and that, in the event of tax liability, the competition organizer will, depending on the type of prize, report the prizes and winners to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration or withhold the withholding tax of 35% and pay it to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration. The competition organizer is entitled to wait with the delivery of the prizes until the current confirmation of residence to be submitted by the winners and any other documents required under tax law have been received.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the contest organizer’s privacy policy.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the competition organizer. Swiss law shall apply.
